Martian Man, oh my sweet Martian Man. While I was developing this character further, I only fell in love with his design more and more. Best of all, he’s quite a charmer, albeit annoying. Martian Man is quite the cliché since he makes his whole personality about being from the planet Mars, one of the many reasons nobody wants to be around him really. His parents deserted him at a young age, no longer wanting to deal with his shenanigans, tantrums, the way he didn’t follow the no-hair tradition (have you seen a Martian with hair before? I mean really think about it). Everyone thought he would go nowhere with his life. Well, look at him now, he’s getting paid minimum wage as a cleaner at Evil Corp. That sounded better in my head, sorry MM. Anyway, don’t mistake his lack of…a lot…when it comes to being a real threat. Evil Corp only hires the elite of the elite for a good reason, so I’ll explain why they chose him.
- A master tactician, able to outwit the average hero easily.
- Genetically enhanced.
- A mad man who would do anything to achieve success. Who would’ve thought.
- Oh and he invented something called a DNA extractor and a Portal Gun. Oh fuck.
Martian Man does know how make everything he does exciting to watch, even if not on purpose. He was one of the first of the new generation to be drafted for BadGuys vs GoodGuys Live! Let’s view one his primary weapon shall we?
| DNA Extractor | A point and aim laser that deals low damage at the start. The more time it’s pointed at the target, the more damage it’ll deal to them. Can overheat. Special Trait: Genetic Weakness DNA Extractor obtains additional permanent weapon damage to specific races based on how many times he’s killed them. Example: Killed A Human Hero? You now have [1] bonus weapon damage buff that will apply to other Human Heroes for the rest of the show. |
Hopefully you guys find that somewhat interesting or MM might get upset with me. He had a few notes on his design and for obvious reasons I couldn’t take most of them seriously (DNA Extractor should not instant kill an enemy dude).
